Founded by two brothers who shared a deep commitment to community service and a passion for creating meaningful change, J&M Care Connect began with a clear mission: to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities. Disillusioned by the prevalence of poorly managed NDIS participant services, they embarked on a journey to provide proper and effective support to those in need. Drawing from their corporate backgrounds, where they saw firsthand the importance of efficient and compassionate care, they transitioned to focus solely on enhancing the lives of others.
